I’m a hands-on UX and product designer who also leads. At Siemens Digital Industries Software I drove design system alignment across a 330+ product portfolio, built a unified pattern library, and designed 3 AI tools for internal design teams.

Before that I founded the UX practice at eLumen, an 85-person EdTech startup with no UX function. I built a design system of more than 1,000 components, ran the contextual research behind it, and hired 3 designers and embedded each in a dev team.

Earlier, at 1517 Media and Sparkhouse, I took 12 multimedia curriculum systems from concept to release and led the creative teams that made them.

I like to find the real problem first. Then I ship the simplest thing that fixes it.
